We do our best to advise you according to your needs and expectations. We know all our products thoroughly because we, ourselves, service them for you. After-sales servicing of SAECO and GAGGIA machines is guaranteed throughout Switzerland by our regional partners. Repair serviceIf you are in the area for professional or personal reasons, do not hesitate to bring in your coffee machine for servicing and/or repairs. The Esperanza technical service center is easily accessible from motorway exits A12 Vaulruz or Bulle. Esperanza is 5 minutes from the Vuadens town center, in the former milk powder factories of Guigoz/Nestlé. No time to stop by? Call us (026 919 80 80) so DPD, our delivery company in Switzerland, can come collect your JURA machine, which must be in its original packaging.
